Sarah Sherwood’s History Classes

Assignment for the week of  May 12-16

World History

Monday: : Read chapter 12 and do all blue words in the chapter (lessons 1, 2, and 3)and put them in your notebook. Possible notebook quiz on the blue words . (Notebook quiz is a reward for doing their assignments)

Tuesday: Notes on Russian Geography. Draw and color St. Basils Basilica then give 10 facts on Russian Geogrphy as read in lesson 1.

Wednesday: Finish blue words and illustration.

Thursday: Notebook quiz

Friday: Turn all late work in.

 

Texas History:

Monday: Chapter 14 terms in notebook. Flag assignment on for and against annexation to the U.S.

Tuesday: Chapter 14 terms finish in notebook..possible quiz with notebook Wednesday.

Wednesday: Quiz, notes on the causes and results of the Mexican War.

Thursday: Mom’s tea festivities….normal classes in the afternoon.

Friday: Field Day………………..

 

U.S. History

Monday; Notes on communism, capitalism, democracy, socialism, dictators of WWII

Tuesday: Documentary of Stalin…..Paper on the film due by Friday….quiz Wednesday.

Wednesday: Quiz over notes

Thursday: Mom’s Tea…All late work is due by Thursday!!!

Friday: Field Day
