8th Grade Language Arts, Literature, Latin: Sept 2-5
This will be a short week as we begin with Labor Day holiday and end with our two day field trip. We now have our new Latin books, and we will continue to review and strengthen our skills from last year. The students have another vocabulary list to study; however, the test will be the following week, Tuesday, September the 9th. We will be reading a tricky O’Henry story with a surprise ending for our study of the skill of predicting. Once again we will engage in the skill of sentence analysis with more Shurley exercises.
