6th Grade News and Assignments Week of April 7, 2008 _______________________________________________________________ Literature AR points for the 5th six weeks are due on April 17. Students should read 15 – 20 minutes every night. Class work not finished during class becomes homework. Cover the Crusades if not completed last week as well. 6th Grade Language Arts, Literature, Latin April 7-11 We put off our Latin and Spelling tests due to the ERB standardized tests. The Latin test will be Tuesday. We’ll be looking at comparative and superlative adjectives in grammar and words with the suffixes -ism, -age, and -ure.
